The next in turn, forth International Arbiters’ seminar was held in Tashkent from 23rd to 25th of March with the initiative of Asian 3.6 zone. As the previous three, Mr. Ashot Vardapetyan FIDE lecturer, Executive director of “MIKA” Chess Club was invited to carry out the forth seminar also. Totally 18 national arbiters who were presenting Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Armenia and Uzbekistan participated in the seminar. A test was conducted in the scope of this seminar and 5 arbiters completed requirements for FIDE arbiter’s norm as a result.

|
The third International Arbiters’ seminar was held in Tashkent from 26th to 29th of March with the initiative of Asian 3.6 zone. Mr. Ashot Vardapetian FIDE lecturer, Executive director of “MIKA” Chess Club was invited to carry out the seminar. 19 national arbiters who were presenting Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Armenia and Uzbekistan participated in the seminar. A test was conducted in the scope of this seminar and 6 arbiters completed requirements for FIDE arbiter’s title as a result.

|
The International Arbiters’ seminar was held in Khanty-Mansiysk from 27th September to 3th of October with the initiative of Russian Chess Federation. Mr. Ashot Vardapetian FIDE lecturer, Executive director of “MIKA” Chess Club was invited to carry out the seminar. 30 arbiters from Russia, Belarus and Afganistan participated in the seminar. A test was conducted in the scope of this seminar and 8 arbiters completed requirements for FIDE arbiter’s title norm as a result.

|
The International Arbiters’ seminar was held in Cairo from 24th to 29th of June with the initiative of Egyptian Chess Federation. Mr. Ashot Vardapetian FIDE lecturer, Executive director of “MIKA” Chess Club was invited to carry out the seminar. 24 national arbiters participated in the seminar. A test was conducted in the scope of this seminar and 5 arbiters completed requirements for FIDE arbiter’s title as a result.

Ashot Vardapetyan, a member of FIDE Arbiters’ Council initiates an Arbiter’s Column in the web site of “MIKA” CC. In this web site the chess players and specialists will be informed not only about the news in the field of arbitring, but also will get answers to any problems and cases regarding arbitration.
